Welcome to the World of My Granny's Cheesecake:
My Mom worked all of my childhood years, but I was fortunate enough to have my grandma raise me. During that time, she would make me the things I loved to eat, and her CHEESECAKE was one of my absolute favorites. I'm so glad that I have mastered her cheesecake because now that she is ill, I can now make it for her; I know that she enjoys that as much as I used to.
